The rigour of a clinic, the energy of a great gym session
Our trainers are not weekend-certificate PTs. They are exercise scientists who have studied biomechanics, programming and how the body adapts to load, the same foundations our Exercise Physiologists are trained in.
That means your program is genuinely built for you. Every movement is coached, every load is chosen for a reason, and your plan progresses as you get stronger, not on a generic eight-week template.
You train one-on-one in our Mordialloc clinic, surrounded by allied health professionals. If something flares up or you are working around an old injury, you are in exactly the right place to keep moving safely.

You will train with Meg and Tara
Two exercise scientists who actually know how to build strength, technique and confidence, without the gimmicks.
Meg
Meg blends strength training with clinical Pilates, so your sessions build genuine power and control from the core out. She is brilliant with posture, deep stability and helping people who have struggled with technique finally feel movement click into place.
Tara
Tara brings the science of progressive training to every session. She is methodical about load, recovery and form, and she has a knack for keeping people motivated and accountable, whether you are chasing fat loss, fitness or your first proper push-up.
The difference between PT here and PT anywhere else
Most personal training looks the same on the surface. Here is what actually changes when your trainer is a degree-qualified exercise scientist.
Off-the-shelf programs recycled between clients, built around intensity for its own sake.
A program designed from your assessment, your history and your goals, then adjusted as your body responds.
"Push through the pain." Niggles and old injuries get ignored until they become a real problem.
We train around your limitations safely, and we know when to load you up and when to ease off.
Isolated from the rest of your health, with no one to turn to if something goes wrong.
You train inside an allied health clinic. Exercise Physiology, Dietetics and Diabetes Education are all on hand if you ever need them.
Quick fixes and crash plans that fall apart the moment life gets busy.
Sustainable progress built on real movement science, so the results actually stick.

Add clinical Pilates to your training
With Meg on board, your sessions can weave in clinical Pilates, the missing link between feeling strong and moving well.
Pilates builds the deep core stability, control and mobility that make every other lift safer and more effective. It is ideal if you want to protect your back, fix your posture, or rebuild a solid foundation before loading up. Talk to us about blending strength and Pilates into your plan.
