Our trainers are not weekend-certificate PTs. They are exercise scientists who have studied biomechanics, programming and how the body adapts to load, the same foundations our Exercise Physiologists are trained in.

That means your program is genuinely built for you. Every movement is coached, every load is chosen for a reason, and your plan progresses as you get stronger, not on a generic eight-week template.

You train one-on-one in our Mordialloc clinic, surrounded by allied health professionals. If something flares up or you are working around an old injury, you are in exactly the right place to keep moving safely.

We screen how you move, talk through your history and goals, and find your starting point, no judgement, whatever your level.

Your program, built for you

Meg or Tara designs a structured, progressive plan around your goals, your body and your schedule.

Coached one-on-one sessions

Every rep is supervised. Your trainer dials in technique, load and intensity in real time so you train hard and train right.

Progress & re-assess

We track your numbers and update your program as you improve, so you are always moving forward.
