GP referral — chronic condition
If you have a chronic condition and a GP, you may already be entitled to up to 5 subsidised sessions per year through a Chronic Disease Management plan.
Veterans — Gold and White Card
DVA Gold and White Card holders may access Exercise Physiology with no out-of-pocket cost. We are a DVA-approved provider and handle all billing directly.
NDIS participants
We are a registered NDIS provider. Exercise Physiology can be funded under Improved Health and Wellbeing or Therapeutic Supports — billed directly to your plan.
Workplace or transport injury
WorkCover and TAC-approved Exercise Physiology. We liaise directly with your case manager and handle all billing — no upfront cost for approved clients.
Extras cover — no referral needed
Most extras policies include Exercise Physiology rebates. Book directly, pay on the day and claim through your insurer — or use HICAPS on the spot.
No funding — pay privately
