Nyah is one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists, with a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology and a background spanning exercise science and nutrition science. She builds rapport with clients quickly and communicates with warmth and professionalism, taking the time to understand your history and goals so your program is genuinely built around you.

Reliable, thorough and collaborative, Nyah works closely with the wider team to keep your care coordinated. Her clinical focus is musculoskeletal rehabilitation and pre- and post-surgical care, using structured, evidence-based exercise to help you recover from injury or surgery, rebuild strength and return to the activities that matter to you.
