Exercise for Low Back Pain

Lower back pain can stop many people in their tracks.

The cause of the initial pain is often what continues to make the pain worse and unless effectively targeted, the pain could continue.
If you are having back pain and you sit regularly at work, try to stand and take more breaks.
If you drive a lot, spend some time focused on stretching out your hips and lower back.

Regardless of the cause, if you are confused, you are best placed to see an Exercise Physiologist as an EP is an expert in human movement, function and will often provide you with the best treatment, that can be used to build your strength, mobility and decrease your back pain.
